Drew Daniels

Drew Daniels is a seasoned Principal Consultant with extensive experience in customer success and implementation within the marketing automation and CRM sectors. Currently at RafterOne since June 2022, Daniels previously held principal and senior consulting roles at GearsCRM from 2019 to September 2022, and worked at Salesforce from June 2015 to January 2019, where responsibilities included leading onboarding and training for key Pardot accounts. Earlier experience includes a Client Implementation Specialist position at Pardot, managing implementations for diverse clients, and a role at Cru Global focusing on student leadership and media communications. Daniels holds a BA in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of South Carolina.
