Michael Dickson

Michael Dickson started their work experience in 2008 at Modern Engineering Ltd. as a Maintenance & Engineering Co-op. Michael then had various engineering co-op roles at Plug Power, EaglePicher Medical Power, and Sierra Wireless until 2010. From 2011 to 2017, they worked at Toyota, initially as an Aluminum Casting Engineer and later as a Die Maintenance Engineering Manager. In 2017, they joined Traction on Demand and held multiple roles, including Lead Data Specialist, Data Architect, Vertical Technology Lead - Non-profit Data Migration, and Data Migration Practice Technical Lead - Salesforce Data Architect. Michael worked at Traction on Demand until 2022 when they moved to GearsCRM and then to RafterOne, both as a Director of Data Management.

Michael Dickson completed their education at The University of British Columbia from 2006 to 2011. Michael obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Mechanical Engineering with distinction during this period. In addition to their academic qualifications, Michael also holds multiple certifications from Salesforce. Michael became a Salesforce Certified Integration Architect in April 2022, a Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant in January 2021, a Salesforce Data Architecture and Management Designer in July 2019, a Salesforce NonProfit Cloud Consultant in November 2018, and a Salesforce Certified Administrator in March 2018.
