Ed Gorman

Ed Gorman is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in business litigation and municipal law. Currently serving as a Senior Attorney at Ragab Law Firm, P.C. since December 2024, Ed specializes in providing strategic legal advice to clients. Previously, Ed held the position of Senior Assistant City Attorney for the City and County of Denver from December 2017 to November 2024, representing the municipality in various commercial litigation matters across local, state, and federal courts. Ed's background includes roles at Polsinelli PC, Ledy-Gurren, Bass, D'Avanzo & Siff LLP, Costello, Shea & Gaffney, LLP, Columbus Community Legal Services, and Thompson O’Donnell, LLP, with a focus on complex commercial litigation, municipal law, and civil rights claims. Ed Gorman earned a Juris Doctor from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law and a BA in English from SUNY Geneseo, supplemented by study abroad experience at University College Cork.
