Andrew Tarsi Pla

Andrew Tarsi, PLA is a skilled Project Manager and Landscape Architect at RaganSmith, with expertise in zoning, entitlements, conceptual design, construction documentation, and construction administration. Prior to this, Andrew gained experience as a Landscape Designer at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP (SOM) and as a City Design Intern at the University of Tennessee. Andrew holds a Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Tennessee and a Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from Mississippi State University.
