Evan Foster

Evan Foster is a Civil Engineer with a strong background in civil design and field engineering. Since September 2017, Evan has worked as an Associate at RaganSmith, following a tenure at Civil Site Design Group, PLLC as a Civil Designer from January 2013 to September 2017. Prior to this role, Evan served as a Field Engineer at Mac Constructors, LLC from April 2011 to December 2012.
