Randy Caldwell has extensive work experience in various executive roles. Randy started their career in 1985 as a Vice President at CESP, Inc. In 1989, they joined Ragan-Smith Associates, Inc. as an Executive Vice President, where they were responsible for managing the Landscape Architecture/Land Planning division and the Murfreesboro office. Randy also served as a principal at Ragan Smith since 1996 and held various leadership positions within the company. In February 2020, Randy became the Chief Executive Officer at Ragan Smith Associates. Randy retired in October 2020. During their tenure, they were actively involved in several community organizations and served on the Board of Directors for Murfreesboro Main Street.
From 1979 to 1983, Randy Caldwell pursued a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture at The Ohio State University.
