Mallika Rangan

Mallika Rangan has extensive experience in quality control, training, content development, and project management across various industries. As a Manager at Rage Communications since 2011, Mallika established and manages a Website Quality Control team, ensuring efficient delivery to international clients. Prior to this role, Mallika served as the Head of the Training Division at Maven Learning, focusing on training courseware design and faculty development. Mallika also held leadership positions at AIMS Education and Efactor, where responsibilities included multimedia courseware development and business development. Early career roles included managing content syndication at Chandamana India Limited, copy editing at Vijay Nicole Pvt Ltd, and serving as a Statistician at United Spirits Limited. Mallika holds a Master of Science in Applied Psychology from Bharathiar University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Stella Maris College.
