Jeffrey Margeson

Jeffrey Margeson currently serves as the Chief Retail Officer at State Department Federal Credit Union, overseeing strategic direction and operational excellence across various departments, including Digital Channels and Branch Operations. Previously, at Northwest Federal Credit Union, Jeffrey held multiple senior leadership roles, including Senior Vice President - Retail and Senior Vice President, Member Experience, where substantial advancements were made in retail banking and member services. Earlier experience includes Vice President roles at BB&T, where operational strategies for regional branch operations and audit functions were developed, and as Regional Call Center Manager at Frederick County National Bank, where a sales and service call center was established.
