Russell J. Cyr has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Russell J. is currently the CEO, President, and Co-founder of RaGE Systems, Inc., a RF Joint Development Manufacturer specializing in RF and wireless systems for various industries. Prior to this, they worked as an Experienced Executive Entrepreneur at E-Waves, where they focused on marketing, business development, and start-up planning. Russell J. also served as the Executive Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Business Development at RF Integration Inc., a boutique RF ASIC design firm. Additionally, they were the Co-founder and CMO of BitWave, where they played a key role in the development and growth of the company. Throughout their career, they have held various executive positions in companies such as Global Communications Devices, Engim, Adaptive Broadband, California Microwave, Microwave Data Systems, and Tellabs Wireless.

Russell J. Cyr attended Bartlett High School from 1977 to 1981. Russell J. then went on to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, graduating in 1985. Russell pursued further education at the same university and earned a Master's degree in Microwaves Engineering from 1986 to 1988. Russell J. later enrolled in Rivier University from 1988 to 1995 and obtained an MBA with a specialization in Marketing.
