Richard Salve

Richard Salve serves as Chief Operating Officer and Program Manager at Ragged Edge Solutions since July 2019. Prior experience includes roles as a Registered Nurse with Duke University Health System's Vascular Access Team and Same Day Surgiclinic, as well as a registered nurse at Steward Health Care. Richard held the position of Operations/Training Manager at Arrow Security & Training LLC from June 2008 to November 2019 and worked as a Paramedic/Firefighter at the Easton Fire Department for 18 years. Richard's military background includes serving in the US Army in EUCOM Current Operations and as a Senior Operations Sergeant with the 20th Special Forces Group (Airborne) in the Army National Guard. Richard earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Science from Grand Canyon University and an Associate's Degree in Registered Nursing from Excelsior University.
