Roger Dail

Roger Dail serves as the Owner of Lucky Spade Ranch, a 500-acre family-owned farm focused on providing adventure and retreat experiences for Special Operations Veterans. In addition, Roger Dail holds dual roles at Specialized Medical Standards as a Member of the Board of Trustees and Co-Founder, where efforts are directed toward developing Austere Emergency Care education and training while promoting military Prolonged Field Care guidelines for civilian and international audiences. Furthermore, Roger Dail is the Chief Executive Officer of Ragged Edge Solutions, a position held since January 2017.
