Erin Ricci

Erin Ricci has extensive work experience in the service industry. Erin began their career at Marriott International in 2006, where they worked as a Front Desk Agent and Bartender. In this role, they provided exceptional customer service, assisted guests with various needs, and maintained knowledge of hotel amenities and local attractions. In 2007, Erin joined Raglan Road Irish Pub & Restaurant as a Head Server and Trainer. Here, they delivered exceptional customer service at an award-winning restaurant and also trained new hires on safety, product/menu awareness, and day-to-day operations.

Erin Ricci attended Valencia College from 2005 to 2009, where they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Sports and Event Management.
