Åsmund Heir

Åsmund Heir has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2015, they worked as a Business Development Intern at Inventure Management. From 2016 to 2017, they held several positions, including Trainee at Rystad Energy, Trainee at the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Part-time Trainee and Winter Intern at Arctic Offshore. In 2017, they worked as a Research Assistant at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and a Part-time Trainee and Summer Intern at Klaveness Digital. In 2018, they served as an Intern for Strategy and Finance at Vipps and a Student Assistant at NTNU. Åsmund also co-founded RagnaRock Geo in 2018. Later that year, they worked as a Financial Trading Intern at Torvald Klaveness. Overall, their experience showcases a strong background in finance, research, and business development.

Åsmund Heir pursued their education in a systematic manner, acquiring various degrees in different fields of study. Their educational journey began in 2011, when they attended Beechen Cliff High School on an exchange program to further their knowledge in the field of Sciences. Moving forward, they enrolled at Oslo Handelsgymnasium from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained a degree in General Education with a focus on Natural Sciences. In 2013, they embarked on their Master's degree at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), specializing in Marine Technology, which they completed in 2015. The following year, they furthered their studies in Marine Technology by pursuing another Master's degree at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, where they completed the program in 2016. Eventually, they returned to NTNU and graduated in 2019 with a Master of Science degree in Industrial Economics and Technology Management.
