Susan McEneny

Susan McEneny is an experienced paralegal with a diverse background in real estate and mortgage closing. Currently serving at Ragsdale Liggett PLLC since August 2017, Susan previously worked as a Mortgage Closing Specialist at RBC Bank, managing closings for cross-border loans. Susan's tenure at Ragsdale Liggett and its predecessor, Clifton & Singer, LLP, allowed for extensive engagement with builder clients, real estate agents, and various closing processes. Earlier experience includes roles at Home HeadQuarters Inc., Resort Funding, Inc., and the City of Syracuse Corporation Counsel's Office, where Susan developed expertise in loan underwriting and real estate documentation. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Syracuse University and the University of Cincinnati.
