Ryan Adams is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in the technology and cyber security sectors. As the Founder and CEO of Professional.me, Ryan is innovating recruitment by promoting the use of rich Professional Profiles instead of traditional resumes. As Managing Partner at Raha Beach Ventures, Ryan collaborates with entrepreneurs and experts to develop impactful startups in Abu Dhabi. Previous roles include founding and leading OryxLabs, a cyber security software company acquired by EDGE Group, and iLava Threat Intelligence, recognized for its innovative threat intelligence approach. Ryan has also held significant positions in a large technology services organization and served in the United States Air Force as an Intelligence Analyst and Software Engineer. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Arizona State University and an Associate of Science in Communication Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
