Sk. Shamimul Quader

Sk. Shamimul Quader has extensive work experience in procurement, supply chain management, and commercial operations. Sk. Shamimul started their career as a Commercial Officer at Toyo Composite Knit Garments Ltd, where they handled various commercial tasks such as LC processing, import/export documentation, and payment processing. Sk. Shamimul then worked as a Section Leader at Titas Sportswear Limited, managing a team and coordinating with buyers and buyer representatives. Following that, they joined Novartis as an Executive in Supply Chain Management, responsible for purchasing auxiliaries and packing materials. Currently, they are the Head of Procurement at Rahimafrooz (Bangladesh) Ltd, overseeing the procurement of OPEX items, leading a commercial team, and managing subcontractors.

Sk. Shamimul Quader completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the International Islamic University of Chittagong in 2004. Sk. Shamimul obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from the University of Chittagong in 1992. Prior to that, in 1990, they completed their Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) in Science from City College, Chittagong. In 1988, they completed their Secondary School Certificate (SSC) in Science from Government Muslin High School, Chittagong.
