Livia Hong

Livia Hong is a Principal at Rahmat Lim & Partners, having joined in August 2016. In this role, Livia has provided significant legal counsel on various financial services projects, including advising the first Recognised Market Operator in Malaysia on obtaining approval to launch a property crowdfunding platform and assisting in the formation and IPO of a real estate investment trust. Previously, Livia served as a Foreign Associate at Allen & Gledhill LLP focusing on real estate investment trusts and completed a Pupil-in-Chambers program at Rahmat Lim & Partners where Livia gained experience in corporate mergers and acquisitions and financial services. Livia holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from The London School of Economics and Political Science and completed the Bar Professional Training Course at City, University of London.
