Weili Chan

Weili Chan is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and aviation. Currently serving as a partner at Rahmat Lim & Partners since July 2011, Weili has also held significant roles at Allen & Gledhill LLP as a principal and foreign associate specializing in corporate mergers and acquisitions from July to December 2016, as well as an associate at Shook Lin & Bok Malaysia focusing on banking and finance dispute resolution from August 2009 to June 2011. Weili Chan holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from the University of Reading, obtained between 2004 and 2007.
