Betsy Horton

Betsy Horton is the Chief Financial Officer at Compeer Financial, a leading member-owned Farm Credit cooperative since May 2023, where Betsy oversees various financial services provided to agriculture and rural America. Betsy also serves as a Board Member for both Rahr Corporation and S&W Seed Company Americas. Prior to Compeer Financial, Betsy held the position of Chief Financial Officer and Board Member at Miller Milling Company from 2018 to 2021, and Betsy spent two decades at Cargill in various senior financial roles, culminating as the Financial Planning & Analysis Director for Cargill Animal Nutrition and as EMEA Treasurer. Betsy holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management and a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
