Bren Schauf

Bren Schauf has a comprehensive work experience in various Human Resources roles. In 2019, Bren became the Vice President of Human Resources at Rahr Corporation, a global supplier of malted barley and craft brewing supplies. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2019, Bren served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Granite City Food & Brewery, overseeing HR and Training and Development for a company with 3500 employees. In 2017, Bren also worked as the Interim Vice President of Human Resources at Border Foods Companies, focusing on assessing HR structure and processes. From 2010 to 2016, Bren was a Regional HR Director at The Home Depot, providing HR leadership to 15,000 associates in 107 stores. Before that, Bren held several HR positions at Caribou Coffee, including Sr. Human Resources Manager, Sr. Manager of Recruitment, and Regional HR Manager. Bren started their career as a Human Resources Manager/Generalist at Target in 2002.

Bren Schauf holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration, which they obtained from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. They have also completed the SHRM Learning System from both Marquette University and the University of Minnesota.
