Mary Melancon

Mary Melancon, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Employee Relations Manager at Rahr Corporation since February 2021. Prior to this role, Mary held various positions at Christopher and Banks from March 2019 to February 2021, including Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Generalist. Mary's experience also encompasses roles at Canterbury Park, where responsibilities included HR Coordinator and HR Generalist from July 2015 to February 2021, along with a position in the business team at Omega Dental Care from September 2014 to July 2015. Earlier in the career, Mary was involved in F&B Management at Canterbury Park and worked as a District Manager at Luna Grill.
