Matthew Bramwell

Matthew Bramwell is an accomplished legal and business professional with extensive experience in corporate development, legal affairs, and financial management. Currently serving as Vice President - Corporate Development & General Counsel at Rahr Corporation, Matthew leads acquisition processes and provides executive-level legal guidance across various business functions. Matthew's distinguished career also includes key roles at Bevie, Bintani, and Bushel Boy Farms as a board member, where oversight of strategic planning and governance is provided. Previous positions include Managing Attorney at Matthew Law, Senior Associate at Lazard, and Associate Attorney at Stinson LLP, demonstrating deep expertise in mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiation, and corporate governance. Matthew holds a JD from the University of Minnesota Law School and a BS in Accountancy from the University of North Dakota, with additional international legal education from Uppsala University.
