Trevor Cowley

Trevor Cowley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research and innovation within the beverage industry. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Corporate Research and Innovation at Rahr Corporation since April 2022, Trevor leads product R&D initiatives and directs cross-functional teams to enhance technical services and operational efficiency. Prior roles include Principal Scientist at Finlays, overseeing Global Process Research for Tea and Coffee production, and Head of Brewing Services at Campden BRI, where Trevor developed strategic plans for the brewing division. Experience also includes positions at Anheuser-Busch InBev and SABMiller, where Trevor managed projects and research teams to implement innovative processes across global operations. Trevor holds a PhD in Food Science and Technology, an MSc in Applied Biomolecular Technology, and has completed various qualifications in brewing and management, reflecting a strong academic foundation and commitment to the field.
