Aindrani Sarker

Aindrani Sarker is a Senior Associate at Rahul Chaudhry & Partners since August 2023, following experience as an Intellectual Property Consultant at Fractional IP Consulting. Previous roles include Legal Internships at ANM Global and various law firms, where Aindrani contributed to drafting agreements and conducting legal research in intellectual property and media law. Aindrani has a solid background in managing and negotiating contracts in the FMCG sector with EY, and has developed expertise in trademark enforcement and prosecution. Aindrani holds a Master of Laws in Intellectual Property Law from Technische Universität Dresden and a BA. LLB. (HONS.) from Symbiosis Law School, Pune.
