Justin Henix

Justin Henix is a seasoned environmental compliance professional with a background in mechanical engineering. Currently serving as Supervisor of Environmental Compliance at Rahway Valley Sewerage Authority since October 2024, Justin previously held positions as an iChlor Engineer at Barclay Water Management, Inc., and a Mechanical Engineer at Temple Allen Industries. Prior experience includes serving as an Environmental Engineer at the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, specifically within the Bureau of Surface Water and Pretreatment Permitting. Additionally, Justin has tutoring experience as a Statics Tutor and has assisted in laboratory settings as a Materials Lab Teaching Assistant at SUNY New Paltz, where a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering was earned in 2020. Early experience includes working in customer service and inventory management at Five Guys Enterprises, where communication skills were developed.
