Aaron Dollar

Aaron Dollar is a prominent figure in the field of mechanical engineering and materials science, currently serving as a Visiting Fellow and Research Lead at The Boston Dynamics AI Institute since January 2023. Dollar has held various academic positions at Yale University, including Professor, Associate Professor, and John J. Lee Associate Professor, starting in 2009 and progressing through several ranks until the present. Prior to Yale, Dollar was a Postdoctoral Associate at MIT and completed a Ph.D. in Engineering Science at Harvard University, where research activities took place from 2000 to 2006. Dollar also earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2000.
