Currently serving as an Advisory Board Member at RaicesCyberOrg and Executive Director at Girls Hack Village / SquadCon, Tennisha also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at BGH Security Corporation. As the Founder and Executive Director of BlackGirlsHack, as well as Chairwoman of the Board, Tennisha demonstrates a commitment to promoting diversity in the tech industry. Additionally, Tennisha contributes to academia as an Adjunct Faculty member in Computer Science and Cyber Security at Voorhees College.
