Steffen Thybo Drostgaard

Steffen Thybo Drostgaard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in non-profit management and social impact initiatives. As the Founder and Executive Director of Raido since November 2019, Steffen has focused on enhancing social mobility and education for at-risk students through collaboration with educators. Previously, Steffen served as a board member at Station from February 2022 to January 2024, contributing to student innovation in a repurposed police station. Steffen's background includes roles such as Chief Commercial Officer at EasyCorrect, Co-founder and Manager of Nordic Development Corporation, and Head of Secretariat at UNLEASH. Steffen's earlier career includes positions as a Senior Consultant at Dalberg, Head of Section at the Ministry of Higher Education and Science, and various internships with the United Nations and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark. Steffen holds a Master of Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School and degrees in Political Science from Københavns Universitet. Academic experiences also include an Erasmus exchange at Sciences Po and undergraduate studies at Aarhus University.
