Andi S.

Andi S. has a significant amount of work experience in the banking industry. They started their career at Raiffeisen Bank Albania in 2007 as a Software Developer in the Satellite Unit. From there, they progressed to become the Lead Software Application Development in October 2008. In November 2015, Andi took on the role of Digital Project Manager, where they were responsible for leading a high-priority project focusing on digital innovation and implementing a new platform for customers. In September 2016, they transitioned to the position of Enterprise Architect, and then became the IT Operation Manager in January 2019. Andi also held the position of Digital Tribe Lead, contributing to the bank's digital initiatives. Currently, Andi is serving as the Head of IT Delivery Experience & Platform, a role they started in March 2022.

Andi S. obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Tirana in 2007. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Scrum Master from the International Scrum Institute™ in 2017 and in ITIL Foundation in 2011. Andi also has a certification in ITIL Service Design, but the year of obtaining it is unknown.
