Denisa Haxhiraj

Denisa Haxhiraj has a background in customer service and operations at Raiffeisen Bank Albania, with experience spanning from 2006 to the present. Currently holding the position of Senior Lean Expert, Denisa is a Lean Navigator in the Lean in Branches Transformation project sponsored by Raiffeisen Bank International in Vienna. In earlier roles as Head of Customer Service and Teller, as well as in various customer service positions, Denisa played a key role in overseeing operational transactions and providing consultancy to customers.
