Entela Prifti

Entela Prifti's work experience includes a recent role as Chief Security Officer at Raiffeisen Bank Albania, starting in January 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Information Security Officer from October 2018 to December 2020. Entela also worked as part of the Digital Security Competence Center from October 2017 to September 2018, and in the Information Security & BCM department from November 2015 to September 2017, all at Raiffeisen Bank Albania.

Additionally, they worked as a Lecturer at CIT, Canadian Institute of Technology from October 2014 to October 2018, and as the Head of Data Management at Posta Shqiptare Sh.a from November 2013 to October 2015.

Earlier in their career, they worked as a Software Developer at kreatx from September 2012 to November 2013, and as a Telecommunications Engineer at TEL-KOM sh.p.k. from October 2008 to September 2012. Entela also worked as a Lecturer at the University of Tirana in March 2009, and as a Telecommunications Specialist at TEL-KOM sh.p.k from October 2005 to October 2008.

Entela Prifti earned a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universiteti Politeknik i Tiranës in 2008-2010. Entela then pursued another Master of Science (MSc) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from CIT, Canadian Institute of Technology from 2013-2015. Prior to that, in 2005-2008, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universiteti Politeknik i Tiranës. Additionally, they hold certifications such as Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) from ISACA in 2023 and MBCI from Business Continuity Institute (BCI) in 2019.
