Andrii Stepanenko

Andrii Stepanenko serves as a Member of the Management Board Retail at Raiffeisen Bank International AG since March 2018 and is also a Member of the European Advisory Board at the Ehrenberg-Bass Institute from April 2022. Prior experience includes roles at Raiffeisen Bank Russia as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board and Head of Risk Management, and at Raiffeisen Zentralbank Österreich AG as Deputy Head of Network Credit Management. Previous positions also include significant leadership roles at AKB Raiffeisenbank Ukraine and the National Bank of Ukraine. Andrii Stepanenko holds a Ph.D. in International Finance from Kyiv National Economics University, with additional education from prestigious institutions such as Stanford University, Columbia University, and IMD.
