Birgit Kirchner is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles related to people and culture management. Currently serving as the Senior People Business Partner for Raiffeisen Capital Management at Raiffeisen Bank International AG since September 2014, Birgit Kirchner oversees all People & Culture topics, including operations in Italy and Croatia. Previous positions include roles such as Bullying Representative, International People Partner for Poland Branch, and Senior HR Business Partner focused on Markets & Investment Banking.
