Cornelia Fertel

Cornelia Fertel is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR International Business Partner and Group Compensation & Benefits Manager at Raiffeisen Bank International AG since February 2012. Prior to this role, Cornelia held the position of Head of Compensation Benefits at Raiffeisen Bank Romania from December 2006 to February 2012. Earlier in the career, Cornelia worked as an Employee and Sales Force Services Manager at NN for a brief period in 2006 and as a Human Resources Specialist at METRO Romania from February 1999 to November 2003. Cornelia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources from the Academy of Economic Studies, Management Faculty.
