Murtaza Rai

Murtaza Rai has extensive experience in risk management, currently serving as a Professional Market Risk Manager and Professional Balance Sheet Risk Manager at Raiffeisen Bank International AG since September 2014. Murtaza has also held the positions of Junior Balance Sheet Risk Manager and student support in Liquidity Risk Management at the same bank. Prior to this, Murtaza worked as a Research Associate in the Projects and Policy Research Department at the Punjab Board of Investment & Trade from January 2013 to July 2013. Murtaza holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Quantitative Finance from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business), completed between 2013 and 2015, and a Master of Arts (MA) in Economics and Mathematics from the University of Glasgow, obtained between 2008 and 2012. Academic background includes education from Aitchison College.
