Richard Petras

Richard Petras, CFA, serves as the Product Lead for Structured Finance at Raiffeisen Bank International AG since March 2018, overseeing strategic development and execution of the Structured Finance portfolio with full P&L responsibility. Petras has progressed through various roles in Project & Structured Finance, gaining extensive experience in structuring and executing financing transactions, particularly in the CEE and Western Europe regions, and collaborating with Private Equity funds and global financial institutions. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Strategy, Innovation and Management Control from WU Vienna and a Master of International Business from Smith School of Business at Queen's University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration from WU Vienna. Prior experiences include positions at Entrepreneurship Avenue, ADVANTAGE AUSTRIA, and Awara Group, further solidifying a strong foundation in finance and international business.
