Alma Fazliu

Alma Fazliu is a seasoned professional in data science and machine learning, currently serving as the Head of the Smart Risk Solutions Department at Raiffeisen Bank Kosova since May 2024. With a diverse background in academia and industry, Alma has held multiple teaching positions, including Python and Machine Learning Lecturer at Creative Hub Kosovo and Certified Data Science Instructor at Coders Lab Kosova. Previous roles include Data Scientist and MIS Coordinator at Banka Ekonomike SH.A., Artificial Intelligence Engineer at behamics, and Lead Data Scientist at Emelle Me, LLC. Alma holds a MicroMaster in Statistics and Data Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering from Universiteti i Mitrovicës: "Isa Boletini."
