Urata Huruglica has an extensive work experience in the banking industry, primarily with Raiffeisen Bank Kosovo. Urata started their career with Raiffeisen Bank in 2005 as a Branch Manager and later transitioned into the role of DSA network Manager. In 2010, they became the Premium Banking Manager before eventually becoming the Customer Experience and CRM Manager in 2012. In 2019, Urata was promoted to the position of Head of CRM and Customer Experience at Raiffeisen Bank Kosovo.

Urata Huruglica has a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Economics. Urata pursued this degree at an unspecified time.
