Andreea Voinea is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in risk management and collections within the banking sector. Currently serving as Manager of the Retail Risk Credit Portfolio Analysis and Modelling Department at Raiffeisen Bank Romania since March 2007, Andreea oversees micro risk policies, evaluates loan portfolio performance, and contributes to product development. Previous roles include serving as Collection Strategy Manager at Raiffeisen Bank, where Andreea monitored collection strategies and developed operational reports, and Collection Team Leader at ING Bank Romania. Earlier career experience includes leadership roles in collections at Vodafone. Andreea holds a Master's degree in Financial and Stock Exchange Markets and a Bachelor's degree from Academia de Studii Economice din București, alongside a secondary education in Informatics.
