Calin Bocsitan

Calin Bocsitan has a strong background in the field of technology and computer science. Starting in 2002, they worked as a Web Developer for Romsuccess and later became a Network and System Administrator at Rohe Romania. In 2004, they joined Xtec Romania as a Java Developer and was responsible for developing and customizing software projects using various technologies. From 2006 to 2019, Calin worked at InCrys, first as a Senior Java Developer and then as a Solution Architect and Development Team Lead. During this time, they also took on roles such as Integration Architect, Technical Support Team Lead, and Project Team Lead. In 2019, they moved to ING Romania as a Domain Architect and later became an Enterprise Architect, focusing on Wholesale Banking. Currently, Calin is the Chief Enterprise Architect at Raiffeisen Bank Romania, a role they have held since 2023. Throughout their career, Calin has demonstrated expertise in architectural decision-making, building solutions, managing teams, and collaborating with stakeholders.

Calin Bocsitan attended Gheorghe Sincai National College from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Science with a focus on Mathematics and Physics. From 1998 to 2002, they studied Applied Mathematics at the University of Bucharest. In 2011, Calin Bocsitan obtained a certification in WebSphere Application Server 7.0 Core Administration from IBM.
