Diana Mateescu

Diana Mateescu has over a decade of experience in the IT and customer service sectors, currently serving as Team Leader IT Service Desk at Raiffeisen Bank Romania since September 2018, following roles as IT Customer Care Specialist and IT Service Desk. Prior to this, Diana worked at Vodafone from September 2011 to September 2018 in various positions, including Enterprise Account Specialist and Collection Officer. Earlier experience includes a role as a Promoter at Pella from October 2009 to August 2011. Diana holds a degree in Tehnician in activitati economice with a focus on Economia turismului, Comertului si Serviciilor from Universitatea Petrol-Gaze din Ploiești, obtained in 2011, and a degree in Finante from Colegiul Economic Virgil Madgearu Ploiesti, completed in 2008.
