Gabriel Grosu

Gabriel Grosu has extensive experience in IT business relationship management and business analysis, currently serving as the IT Business Relationship Management Team Leader at Raiffeisen Bank Romania since May 2011. In this role, Gabriel leads a team responsible for the IT Demand process, manages business initiatives for change, and plays an active role in project portfolio management. Previous positions at Raiffeisen Bank include Senior Business Analyst and Manager of Liabilities Products Processes Department, where notable achievements include the successful upgrade of the Core Banking System and establishing a framework for process management. Gabriel's career in banking began at Banca Agricola Raiffeisen S.A., evolving from a Loan Account Officer to participating in core system implementation. Gabriel holds a degree from Universitatea Spiru Haret Bucuresti.
