Agnes Hargitai

Agnes Hargitai has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on learning and organization development. Agnes has held leadership positions at Raiffeisen Bank Hungary, Affidea, GE Lighting, GE, and Accenture. At GE Lighting, they served as Senior Human Resources Manager, supporting multiple countries and providing HR leadership in mergers and acquisitions. Agnes was also responsible for talent development and training for the EMEA region. At GE, they were the Regional Human Resources Manager, overseeing recruitment, performance management, and training across Eastern Europe. At Accenture, they served as the CEE Recruiting Lead, managing recruitment processes for university graduates and experienced consultants.

Agnes Hargitai completed their B.Sc in Economics at Budapest Business University. Agnes then pursued a post-graduate diploma in Advanced Human Resource Management at International Management Center in 1997-1998. In 2017-2018, they attended Pro Bona Coaching and Training Center where they studied Business and Executive Coaching. Agnes also obtained certifications, including Certified Business Coach and Executive Coach from Pro Bona Kft., and Professional Trainer and Six Sigma Green Belt from GE.
