Digital Development Head at Raiffeisen Bank Hungary

Gabor Olah has had several notable work experiences. Gabor started their career at Magyar Telekom in 1997 as an IT administrator. From there, they worked as a Quality Insurance Leader and later became a CRM team leader. In 2007, they joined Allianz Hungary Zrt. as a CRM leader and CRM project leader. In 2009, they moved on to Raiffeisen Bank Hungary, where they served as the Deputy Head of Customer Relationship Management Directorate. Gabor was responsible for the governance of the bank's CRM activity and played an active role in creating the CRM strategy and designing processes. Gabor also worked as the Digital Channels Head, where they led the digital program and implemented various digital initiatives. Their most recent role at Raiffeisen Bank Hungary is Digital Development Head, where they develop the Netbank and Smart phone application and is involved in RBI Group level innovation initiatives.

From 1994 to 1997, they studied at Szent István University (GATE MGFK), where they obtained a college degree in technical engineering. Their major was IT, and they focused on high-level programming.

Gabor Olah completed their high school education at Jendrassik Gyorgy Technical High School from 1989 to 1994.

In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications. In May 2021, they completed advanced service design training at meet. In July 2019, they received advanced product owner training and Kanban training from SprintConsulting.com. Gabor also holds an IQUA IRCA lead auditor certification, but the institution and the date of obtaining it are unknown.
