Klara Varjasy Sieberger is an experienced HR professional specializing in IT recruitment and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Reward & Recognition and Competitive Workforce Expert at Raiffeisen Bank Hungary since May 2019, Klara has successfully filled over 100 IT positions in 2020 and has built strong relationships with hiring managers to enhance the recruitment process.
