László Balaton

László Balaton is currently the Head of PMO at Raiffeisen Bank Hungary, where László is responsible for the planning and delivery of the project, agile, and small development portfolio. With previous experience as the Head of Project and Portfolio Management at Erste Bank Hungary and as a manager at KPMG Hungary, László has a strong background in project advisory services and IT system implementation. László began their career as a Project Coordinator at Invitel Zrt. and holds multiple degrees in Economics, Finance & Banking, Business Administration, and a second degree as an economist with a legal degree. Throughout their career, László has worked in various sectors including finance and banking, telecommunication, energy, government, education, and aviation/air traffic control.
