Szilvia Horváthné Czudor

Szilvia Horváthné Czudor is an experienced Senior Project Manager at Raiffeisen Bank Hungary since January 2021, previously serving as a Project Manager and PMO Leader at the National Bank of Hungary from June 2009 to December 2020. With a solid background in project management, Szilvia has a proven track record in developing budgets, coaching, process improvement, and continuous communication. Prior to the National Bank, Szilvia held key roles at AAM Management Information Consulting Ltd. as an ERP system development team leader and as a Business Consultant, with responsibilities ranging from project management to IT strategy development. Early career experiences include positions at iSYS Internet Services Ltd. and Budapest Magazines Ltd. Szilvia holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Corvinus University of Budapest and a Bachelor's degree in Economical Engineering from Szent István University.
