Alfred Steinwender

Alfred Steinwender is currently the Head of Project Management at Raiffeisen Informatik, where Alfred oversees the Transformation process and strategic projects. Alfred is also the Founder of NeuroChange, a platform focused on Organizational Design, Change, and People Management utilizing neuroscience principles. Throughout their career, Alfred has held various managerial positions in companies such as Raiffeisen Informatik, SER Solutions, Ericsson Enterprise, and Frequentis Nachrichtentechnik. Alfred holds a Dr. phil. in Organisationsentwicklung, an MBA, and a diploma in Mathematics.
