Giovanni D'Alessandro

Giovanni D'Alessandro has a diverse work experience in the financial sector. Giovanni started their career as an intern at Banca dello Stato del Cantone Ticino, where they worked in Credit Risk Management for a few months in 2009. Later, they joined Credit Suisse and held various roles in Credit Risk Management, including Credit Officer for Corporate Clients & Mortgage Business and Lombard Credits. Giovanni also worked in Credit Risk Transactions and Control & Management Support. Giovanni's most recent position was at Gruppo Raiffeisen, where they serve as the Head of Credit Office Ticino & Grigioni Italiano for Raiffeisen Switzerland.

Giovanni D'Alessandro's education history begins in 2002 when they enrolled at Eidgenössische Technische Hochschule Zürich. Giovanni pursued a degree in Mathematics and completed their 1st and 2nd Vordiplom in Mathematics between 2002 and 2006. Following this, they attended Università degli Studi dell'Insubria in 2006-2007, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics. Continuing their education, Giovanni joined Università dellla Svizzera Italiana (USI) in 2007 and completed their Master's degree in Economics with a major in Finance in 2009. Most recently, from 2021 to 2023, they have been attending USI Università della Svizzera italiana, pursuing an Executive Master in Business Administration (EMBA).
