Jiří Svačina

Jiří Svačina is an experienced banking and IT professional with a strong background in digital testing and project management. Currently serving as the Head of IT Digital Testing at Raiffeisenbank Česká republika since April 2016, Jiří leads a team of testers and manages testing for internet and mobile banking services while collaborating on project scopes and incident management. Previously, Jiří held various roles, including IT Test Manager for a multichannel project and IT Test Manager responsible for coordinating testing of banking IT projects. Prior experience includes significant positions at Česká spořitelna, a.s., where responsibilities ranged from managing CRM applications to overseeing branch operations. Jiří holds a Master’s degree in Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in Banking Management from the Banking Institute College in Prague.
